Privacy notice
Purposes of processing
Personal data collected through this site is processed to: respond to information requests sent via the contact forms or by email; manage business relationships with customers and suppliers; ensure the security and proper functioning of the site; comply with legal obligations. Data provided by the user through the contact form is used solely to respond to the request received and is not used for marketing purposes unless explicit consent is given.
Data collected and legal basis
The site collects data that the user voluntarily provides (name, email, phone, message content) through the contact form, on the basis of the data subject's consent and, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual measures. Certain technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) is also collected automatically, as necessary for the site's operation and security, on the basis of the Data Controller's legitimate interest. The site does not request or collect special categories of data (sensitive data such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data, etc.).
Retention and disclosure to third parties
Data is retained only for as long as strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes indicated, and in any case in compliance with statutory time limits. Data is not sold or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be disclosed to parties acting on behalf of the Data Controller as data processors (e.g. the hosting provider) or, where required, to judicial authorities in the cases provided for by law.

Requests may be sent to the Data Controller at the addresses indicated at the beginning of this notice. The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Cookie Policy
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that visited websites send to the user's device, where they are stored to be sent back to the same site on the next visit. They may be session cookies (deleted when the browser is closed) or persistent cookies (stored until an expiry date), first-party (set by the site being visited) or third-party (set by other domains). Based on their purpose, cookies are classified as technical, statistical, profiling or marketing cookies.
Technical cookies used by this site
Without the user's consent, this site uses only technical cookies, strictly necessary for it to function, for which user consent is not required under applicable law: specifically, the browser's local storage (localStorage) is used only to remember the choice made on the cookie banner. No data is transmitted to third parties through these tools. Even the site's typefaces (Archivo) are hosted directly on Alkeo Labs' own servers: no request is made to Google Fonts or any other external service.
Statistical, profiling and marketing cookies
Only if the user clicks "Accept" on the cookie banner does the site activate visit statistics tools hosted on an Alkeo Labs server, which use statistics cookies lasting up to 13 months. Visits are recorded anonymously and in aggregate form: the IP address is anonymised and does not allow the visitor to be identified. The data is used only for statistics on how the site is used; it is not combined with other information or shared with third parties. If the user clicks "Reject", the statistics tools are not activated. The site does not install profiling cookies, or marketing or social network cookies (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
How to manage cookies
The user can change their choice regarding technical cookies at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page of the site. Cookies can also be managed, disabled or deleted directly from the browser's settings:
- Chrome: support.google.com/chrome
- Firefox: support.mozilla.org
- Safari: support.apple.com
- Edge: privacy.microsoft.com
Security measures
The Data Controller adopts technical and organisational measures appropriate to ensure a level of security commensurate with the risk, aimed at preventing unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of data.
